Conservation of Water and Electricity:

Conserve water and electricity by turning off lights, fans, and other electrical appliances when not in use.

Use water judiciously while showering, brushing teeth, or performing any other tasks that involve water usage.

Respect for Property:

Respect the personal belongings and property of fellow guests.

Do not remove or tamper with items that do not belong to you without prior permission from the owner.

Maintenance of Facilities:

Report any damages, malfunctions, or maintenance issues promptly using the designated communication channel.

Avoid any actions that may cause damage to the property or disrupt the proper functioning of amenities.

Cleanliness and Hygiene:

Keep your living space tidy and clean at all times.

Dispose of trash properly in designated bins and clean up after yourself.

Maintain cleanliness in shared spaces, such as bathrooms and common areas.

Quiet Hours:

Respect the right to privacy and a peaceful living environment for all residents.

Observe designated quiet hours to ensure everyone gets adequate rest.

Maintain a reasonable noise level during quiet hours and avoid activities that may disturb other residents.

Personal Safety:

Each guest is responsible for their own safety and security.

Lock your dormitory room when leaving and do not invite unauthorized individuals into the premises.

Report any suspicious activities or concerns to the designated support line.

Visitors Policy:

Visitors are allowed within specified hours and must follow the rules and regulations.

Register visitors using the self-service kiosk and ensure they do not cause any disturbance to other residents.

Compliance with Hostel Policies:

It is mandatory for all guests to abide by these rules and regulations.

Non-compliance may result in penalties, fines, or termination of the housing agreement.

Emergency Procedures:

Tampering with or misusing fire safety equipment is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Items and Activities:

The following items and activities are strictly prohibited within the dormitory premises:

Illegal substances, drugs, and alcohol (if against dormitory policies).

Smoking or open flames, including candles and incense.

Possession of weapons or any other items that may cause harm or pose a threat to others.

Respect for Quiet Hours and Noise Levels:

Guests must maintain a reasonable noise level at all times, especially during designated quiet hours.

Loud music, parties, or any activity that may disturb other residents is not permitted.

Internet and Network Usage:

Guests are responsible for their internet and network usage within the dormitory.

Any illegal or unauthorized use of the internet or network is strictly prohibited.
