Payment and Booking Confirmation: Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Booking confirmations and self-check-in details will be sent via WhatsApp.
Refund Timeline: For eligible cancellations (made at least 14 days prior to check-in), guests must complete an incident report with evidence of cancellation. We will verify the case within 3 days, and if approved, refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 working days to the original payment method.
Late Cancellations or No-Shows: For cancellations within 14 days of check-in or in case of no-shows, a 10% administrative fee will apply. The remaining amount will be refunded according to our verification process.
Booking Modifications: Date changes within the 14-day period are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to fees or restrictions.
Early Check-Outs: Guests who choose to check out before their scheduled departure date are not eligible for any refunds on the remaining nights.
Additional Charges: Additional charges for cleaning, smoking fines, or any policy violations will be settled upon check-out. Please review the full listing of potential charges provided at the time of booking.
Unforeseen Circumstances: For emergencies or severe weather cancellations, our standard incident report process applies (see Refund Timeline).
