We do not have a curfew, so guests can come and go at their convenience. However, we kindly ask guests to be considerate of others when returning to the hostel late at night.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we have some simple house rules (place behind every door), including quiet hours, no smoking indoors, and respectful behavior towards fellow guests.

We accept all payment methods, except for cash. Please inquire at the reception for specific payment options. 

Guests must be at least 18 years old to stay at M-Stay. If you are under 18, you must need to travel and accompany by an adult.

Upon arrival, guests will receive a unique check-in code via WhatsApp. Using this code, they can access the hostel and their assigned room.

Yes, self-check-in allows you to arrive at any time after the designated check-in time. Your unique code will grant you access to the hostel and your room.

Although M-Stay is unmanned, our dedicated staff is available remotely to address any inquiries, concerns, or emergencies.

Luggage storage facilities are not available for guests arriving before check-in or departing after check-out. Please feel free to use these facilities at your convenience.
